Duties:

Pennine Security Solutions is a leading security provider specializing in Residential / Condominium security. At Pennine we strive for excellence and are searching for individuals who share the same values. We are ideally looking for team oriented, motivated and professional individuals who can provide the best service to our Clients and be a positive representative for our rapidly growing company.

  • Patrol and secure the site perimeter
  • Provide access control for authorized personnel only
  • Enforce the Trespass to Property Act when required
  • Provide accurate and detailed patrol logs
  • Enforcement of property rules in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets
  • Supervise the logging in and out of key site equipment (radios, keys)
  • Monitor CCTV and card access systems (if necessary)
  • Ensure that safety and emergency protocols are completed in response to Site Emergencies
  • Complete walking patrols and inspections of the site and its equipment

Skills:

  • Valid Security Guard License
  • Valid Emergency First Aid/CPR level C
  • Previous security experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills (Hospitality sector experience is always an asset)
  • Be accountable for own decisions and actions
  • Outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people on a professional level
  • Recognized certifications or experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively and handle multiple situations simultaneously
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and Ability to de-escalate situations effectively
  • Exceptional report writing and communication skills
  • Effective access control capabilities
  • Computer literacy for digitalized tasks
