Approx. 25-30 hours a week

Compensation:

Ranging from $16-$20/hr - depending on experience


Duties:

  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (AR/AP)
  • Invoicing and data entry
  • Receive and handle client accounting calls
  • Administrative documents and reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Quickbooks Desktop
  • Excellent Telephone Etiquette

  • Minimum High School Diploma
