Olympic fever has hit me hard. What an exciting time. The skiing, snowboarding, hockey, figure skating, bobsled and that craziness called the skeleton, I’m lovin’ it all. For 2 weeks every 2 years I become a sports enthusiast and might I add somewhat of an expert. I have spent much time telling the hockey team what they should be doing.
But more than anything, I am in awe of the dedication and spirit of our Olympic athletes. I am a very proud Canadian and have gladly shed a few tears watching them raise our flag at our Olympics.
